Each mattress has a movable waterproof membrane. The membrane sits underneath the cover and on top of the mattress base between the layers, it allows you to protect the mattress inside without the need for a waterproof sheet allowing your baby/toddler to benefit of the Purotex® anti-allergy protection and keeping your mattress interior clean from bacteria.
